Farm development here.
The unique arrangement of 21 house
lots was carefully planned to maximize the open space within
the development, giving a sense of a common in the center,
much like the historic villages of the past. Every attempt has been made to preserve the natural surroundings.
To further enhance the area, large specimen trees line the
entire road accented by custom antique lamp posts illuminating
the winding roadway.
Energy Star and LEEDS homes will be certified by Conservation
Service Group, a private engineering group sponsored by gas
and utility companies and the Environmental Protection Agency.
The development will be run by a neighborhood association,
that will be in charge of implementing a list of covenants
that have been drawn up to protect the individual homeowner.
There will be community land on site for the storage of large
items, such as trailers and boats, in order to again, protect
the visual integrity of the home sites.
Throughout the 30 acres of open space, the development
has an abundance of walking trails that
give the residents access to all forms of wildlife and natural
beauty.
